I compiled a list of the most constant inaccurate thoughts in the mind about self that cause depression. This list was inspired by the work of psychologist Albert Ellis.
1. You need to be liked by everyone.
You don’t. In prehistoric years, you needed to be accepted by your peers to survive. You would not want to be expelled from the tribe. You have more options now.
